Overview

Activision’s first-person shooter videogame Return to Castle Wolfenstein was released in 2007. Multiplayer is an objective mode in which players are divided into two teams, Axis or Allies. Each team is given a set objective. The Allies are required to destroy an Axis objective while the Axis must defend their object. There are two types of objectives: primary and secondary. The primary objectives must be met in order to win, which is usually stealing secrets documents or destroying radar arrays. However, secondary objectives can be accomplished if necessary. For example, blowing outdoors to access tunnels that reduce travel time or allow for less noticeable penetration of enemy bases.
