FFXIV Store Launches Moonfire Faire Sale in Advance of 2022 Event
The summer is here, even if the heat has not yet convinced you. It’s almost time for Final Fantasy XIV’s Moonfire Faire. The open event is usually held in mid-to-late August each year and offers unique summertime rewards for participants. To go with the 2021 ice cream theme, the 2021 event featured the glamorous Polar Bear mount.
This year’s Moonfire Faire is likely to go live along with patch 6.2, which is scheduled for the same time. While we have seen some rewards for this year’s Moonfire Faire, the FFXIV team has placed a few previous Faire items up for sale at the Online Store. Today’s sale ends at 11:59 PM PDT / Tuesday, August 22nd at 2:59 AM EDT.
Three items are available: the Summer’s Flame Attire, Flame Dance emote and Portable Pool furnishing from 2020, the Endless Summer outfit from 2018 and the Splash emote of 2018. This is your chance to get them if you are new to the game or have missed previous Moonfire Faire events.
A shout will also be given for a personal favourite that I have on sale. You can purchase the entire Go Go Posing Ranger Pose Set for $5.25 instead of the $7.50. This includes Ballroom Etiquette-The Red Ranger and Ballroom Etiquette-The Black Ranger, as well as Ballroom Etiquette-The Yellow Ranger, which are in-game items that unlock the emotes. You will now have six emotes, allowing you to pose as your favourite Power Ranger and Super Sentai teams!
You don’t want to miss the Moonfire Faire events. Now is the time for you to reach into your wallet and grab some Glamour and emotes. Get ready for the new Moonfire Faire this year, which will offer all-new rewards. These items can be picked up at the event, and you won’t need to pay for them later.
