Hogwarts Legacy 2 Must Break a Longstanding Harry Potter Tradition
A sequel to Hogwarts Legacy feels inevitable, with fans eager to return to the magical world of Hogwarts. However, to improve on the first game, Hogwarts Legacy 2 needs to make significant changes—and the most crucial one involves breaking a 27-year-old Harry Potter tradition.
While the first Hogwarts Legacy was well-received, its protagonist was often criticized for lacking the charisma and energy of beloved characters like Harry Potter or Newt Scamander. For the sequel, introducing a new protagonist could be the key to a fresher, more exciting experience. Whether it’s a new student from the same era or a character from a different period, a fresh face would offer players a new perspective on the wizarding world.
