Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, an action hack-and-slash video game, was developed by PlatinumGames. It is published by Konami Digital Entertainment. Raiden is a katana-wielding Cyborg that players take control of. The initial play is in Raiden’s “Standard Body” mode. This looks similar to Raiden’s body in Metal Gear Solid 4 but has a more natural-looking face. Alternate skins can be used to change Raiden’s appearance.
\Rising is more action-oriented than previous Metal Gear titles, which had players trying to hide their identities from enemies. Rising focuses on sword fighting and a sophisticated cut system to defeat enemies. Raiden can use a dagger and a rocket launcher, but his main weapon is the high-frequency blade. Additional sub-weapons are only available after you defeat the bosses.
