Resident Evil 5 (also known as Biohazard 5 in Japan) is a third-person shooter videogame that Capcom published in 2009.
Resident Evil 5 offers a third-person shooting experience with an over-the-shoulder perspective. You can use handguns as well as shotguns and automatic rifles. To evade enemy attacks, players can quickly turn 180 degrees. Many boss battles are quick-time events.
Resident Evil 4’s predecessor allows players to upgrade their weapons and heal themselves with herbs. However, they cannot shoot and run at the same time. The new features include the ability to infect enemies with guns or grenades and to upgrade weapons from the inventory screen at any time without needing to find a merchant. You can also equip weapons and other items during gameplay. Each player can keep nine items. The item size is not important in this game, unlike previous ones. A herb or a rocket launcher can each occupy one space. Four items may be assigned to the D-pad. There are fewer puzzles in this game than in previous titles.
