The latest chapter of the most popular S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series worldwide, which has sold over two million copies, smoothly ties in with the first installment of the Shadow of Chernobyl.
PC players are once again placed in the neighborhood of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear reactor in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. The so-called stalkers, who are contemporary fortune seekers, scour through this severely contaminated “Zone,” which was delineated by the military, in pursuit of rare artefacts.
In order to defend themselves against the various stalker organizations, the player must investigate the unexplained disappearance of five military helicopters while playing the role of Agent Alexander Degtyarev, who is disguised as a stalker. Installation Instructions
