Dying Light 2 DLC Delayed until the End of Summer
The Dying Light 2 Stay Human’sstory DLC will be available in the early summer. It includes a variety of gameplay improvements and new story content. It is being delayed a bit later than Techland had anticipated. The DLC’s new date will be announced in September.
The game was released in February. However, April’s first major update brought a few fixes and quality improvements. Techland promises more updates such as photo mode but states that the story DLC will require some extra time and polish before release.
Techland stated in a press release that “Your feedback is always our top priority.” Techland strives to be as transparent and open with our customers as possible. We have been working hard to improve co-op and add some of your most desired features over the past few months. In June, we will also introduce the first chapter of the game, ‘In The Footsteps Of A Nightrunner,’ packed with content, events, and the much-anticipated photo mode. We need to take a little longer to create the first story DLC. It is currently planned to be released in September.
This chapter is more like an event than a story.
Dying light 2 Stay Human was released earlier this year. Our reviewer Collin Macgregor said that while there were some issues, the game was still enjoyable.
X, and PC, with a Cloud-based Switch version, are targeting late summer as well.
