The series was created and released by Konami and produced by the Blue Sky Team. Lionel Messi, the star of the show since PES 2009, has been replaced by Cristiano Ronaldo. has been substituted with Cristiano Ronaldo .
Similar to previous versions of the game, this one will include the licenses to play UEFA Champions League , UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup , and the license of CONMEBOL to incorporate in the Copa Santander Libertadores . The referees of games in the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa Leagueand UEFA Super Cup matches wear the official UEFA Champions League uniforms, that’s a first in the game series. Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 will launch for PlayStation 3 , Xbox 360 as well as Microsoft Windows . It is scheduled to be released on October 14th on the 14th of October in Europe and on the 16th of October on the 16th of October in Japan. Other regional formats and areas aren’t yet available.
