Diner Dash 1 is a Strategy video game. The game involves seating the customers, and then guiding Flo through the restaurant in order in order to provide service. If there is enough money collected after every level then the player can move on into the next. The game continues to progress. Flo revamps the restaurant it starts with, and then builds three additional restaurants that offer new environments. Gameplay revolves around catering clients to collect the most money possible. Flo is able to move around in the restaurant, completing the tasks. When customers enter their dining area, the customer has to drag them on a table which is where they can sit and take a look at menus.
The player then has to guide Flo back to the table so that she can make their orders and take it up to the service hatch. When the chef is finished cooking the food, Flo must deliver the meals. After the diners have finished eating, they have to receive a receipt and at that point, they leave a small tip as well as their food at the table before leaving the establishment. The food items must be cleared by Flo before the next group of patrons can take over the table. Every success move is worth points for the participant that are earned by repeating the same actions several times gives players a chain bonus that is then broken when an additional action has been performed.
