About Carcassonne – Tiles & Tactics
Carcassonne, a classic tile-placement game that is modern and timeless, is based on the award winning game. It involves players placing a tile with a piece from southern France on it. It could be a city, road, cloister, grassland, or any combination thereof.
The tile must be placed next to tiles that have been played in such a manner that cities are connected to each other, roads to roads, etc. The player can choose to place one his followers, the Meeples, in one of the areas: on the street as a robber or knight, or on the cloister as an monk or farmer. The meeple is awarded points when the area has been completed. Every game is an entirely new experience, thanks to the constantly changing landscape.
