Cities Skylines features some pre-installed mods which can be activated through the content manager in-game. Here, you can choose Cities Skylines’ unlimited money cheat, unlock all progression options or hard mode for extra challenges.
Unlimited money means you never have to worry about running out of funds, as there is never any limit. Plus, unlock all progression milestones with this mod and gain access to all buildings from day one!

Gaining more money and having more control of your city buildings is possible when you enable the developer user interface. Simply typing –enable-dev-ui into your launch options will grant access to this powerful interface which gives you access to many advanced options as well as detailed information.
Cities: Skylines’ developer UI gives players the power to level up buildings, earn money, unlock buildings and have greater camera control. However, be warned: if you tinker too much with options that have nothing to do with these items, it could cause your game to crash or malfunction.
