Day 1 of Splatoon 3’s player art is filled with the queen and among us
Splatoon3 has finally been released. The larger hub area allows more art to be posted through the game’s mailbox. To my surprise, I found that Splitsville is filled with the same old silly art. These are the top trends I saw in Splitsville. People celebrated Queen’s Death, being very horny, and creating awe-inspiring art.
The Queen is Dead
Splatoon members are always keen to discuss current events via in-game art. This makes Splitsville a somewhat reliable news source. After yesterday’s news, players eagerly celebrated the queen’s death. Some joked about the fact that she didn’t get to play Splatoon 3. Others suggested that her death was a sacrifice for Splatoon 3 ‘s launch.
Reigen vs. Sans
Sans undertale defeated Reigen Arataka, Mob Psycho100 fame, in the great Bracket 2022. (This dangerous combination of words is. The Splatoon fandom was aware of this. However, most players seem excitedly shipping the two together rather than discussing the results. I suppose love wins!
Among Us
Among Us was popularized two years ago. Splatoon2 has been full of jokes about the game. I was hoping that the Splatoon community might grow from this in Splatoon. But, alas, Splitsville now has a well-drawn crew. We won’t be able to escape.
