Another Epic Mega Sale has begun, which basically means that there are even more huge discounts in the Epic Games Store. There are many items that you can buy for very little. It’s easy enough. Epic offers a 25% discount on your entire purchase, which makes these sales unique. Only if the purchase totals $14.99 or greater. After completing an eligible transaction, you will receive a new coupon that you can use to replace it. Now the question is: Which Epic Games Mega Sale game should I buy? This is what I am here to help.
Over the past week, I have become obsessed with finding hidden games. It’s great to find little glimpses into the worlds of people who enjoy very specific games, even though they may not appeal to everyone. Iratus: Lord of Death
If you’re like me (i.e. You might be looking for the Iratus successor to the Darkest Dungeon. Although it isn’t as great as Red Hook’s punishing masterpiece, it’s still quite fun and may scratch your curiosity. You play as the baddies, and they are corny. These are Saturday morning cartoon villains. This makes it a lot easier to play the game, as you spend less time dealing with the emotional problems in your band.

Risk of Rain 2
The beloved third-person shooter/roguelike needs no introduction. I am mainly referring to Hazard of Rain 2 because the game received a substantial expansion in the form of Survivors of the Void. This sale also includes the DLC. If you missed it in March, this is the perfect time to grab it.

Norco
This game is often referred to as “this year’s Disco Elysium,” but Norco doesn’t get nearly as much attention. It’s more of an adventure game than an RPG, perhaps? Maybe because there isn’t a Kim Kitsuragi counterpart? It treads on similar ground, with a pseudo-sci-fi world that has been ravaged by capitalism. It also strange. Both in the humorous, sometimes very sad, way.

Chorus
Chorus is a simple note, but you don’t often hear it sung these days. This arcade-style space shooter has lots of dogfights as well as cool magic powers. It can be played in semi-open-world spaces. Although there isn’t much to be proud of in the story department these days, good space shooters are rare.

Ruined King: A League of Legends Story
This short, turn-based RPG is about several League of Legends Champions. Each character in Ruined King plays differently. This is exactly what you would expect from a MOBA game. Talking of which, these characters smartly imitate their playstyles from the multiplayer game. Illaoi summons ghost tentacles while she smacks her enemies. As you progress through some impressive skill trees, ghost tentacles can be used to heal or block damage and deal more damage. Although the character writing is excellent, the finale ends with a light thud rather than a bang. This could be dismissed as a tie-in game. But it isn’t. It’s worth a look.

Demon Turf
Demon Turf 3D platformer. But it’s so much more bizarre, cool and criminally overlooked that the description. It is full of style and attitude. It also feels like a dream. You can feel the controls as precise as you want, but they are also as fluid as possible. It’s well worth the effort!
