Hydrolysis reactors separate water into oxygen and fuel. Glass kilns make glass from silicon and oxygen.
Electronic factories make electronics from silicon, carbon, and aluminum. Chemical refineries make chemicals from fuel and carbon. The final step is to sell your resources stockpiles.
