After spending a few weeks at Mount Massive, during which he couldn’t even speak to his son and wife due to strict security protocols, Waylon developed distrust in the profit-motivated scientists, doctors, and engineers conducting dangerous, irresponsible experiments with their patients. Waylon became angry at the poor souls he identified with and began to expose Mount Massive’s rotten core.
