Overview Dwerve
Dwerve is a tower defense and dungeon crawler RPG. You play the role of a young dwarf tinkerer and explore a ruined kingdom to find the lost technologies from the ancient wordsmiths: traps and turrets. These weapons are the only ones that can protect the dwarfs from Witch-Queen Vandra’s army of bloodthirsty and monstrous creatures bent on conquering the surface. You will need to figure out how to fight the adventure best. Use combat turrets or traps to guide you.
The combat is quite enjoyable and very friendly, even at the more incredible difficulty. You can choose to make it easier or more difficult, but that is part of the fun. Although I think the game is still worth the purchase, the art, gameplay, and music are all great and very original for the genre. However, the game has some minor issues that made it difficult to play after only about 20 minutes.
After fighting a few monsters, you can learn and master the Turret Combat. You will then be able to upgrade your turrets, increasing their power and the difficulty of the dungeons. Although it may take some time to master, the game is challenging and achievable. Although I struggled with the later levels, I was eventually able to master them after several attempts. This is a great game. It isn’t easy, and you’ll need to figure out other ways to position the turrets to win the level. The story is original and exciting. Each level will be a fun adventure.
