It can get tedious. However, players have many options to spice up the combat. You can swap between Alphen’s control and any other Tales of Arisecharacters. This is a way to switch pace and ensure a Mystic Arts attack hits or skill is used. Here’s how you can change characters during Tales of Arise’s combat situations.
Players can also edit their party leader or team composition outside of combat by clicking the edit option from the main menu. After combat has been initiated in Tales of Arise, however, this is not an option. To change characters during combat, players will need to choose from one of these two options.
