The Matrix Games – Ranking from Worst to Best
It’s surprising to see how few Matrix games exist considering its status as a pop-cultural icon that inspired half a million memes, imitators and gave career opportunities to many Saturday Night Live stars.
This is even more bizarre because The Matrix is the most “gamiest” movie franchise with its one storyline, incredible brawls, and hectic shootouts. It is also a general energy drink on the high drive. This is even better than the Lord of the Rings, which has over a dozen tie-ins since Peter Jackson stole Christmas. The Matrix has only three.
It is easy to rank the Matrix game, but things could get more complicated with Matrix Resurrections. This will hopefully revive the IP and bring it back to life (maybe with a backflip).
