Are you a fan of Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry or Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon and own an Xbox? Great news – Ubisoft’s best games will soon be coming to Xbox consoles in one convenient package!

At the start of this year, it was revealed that Ubisoft+ would be joining Xbox. Ubisoft+ is exactly as its name suggests – a subscription service exclusive for Ubisoft titles with access to related DLC and season passes. While not cheap at PS14.99/$14.99 per month, Microsoft appears to have prematurely leaked when this service would launch on Xbox.
As reported by GameRant, Microsoft may have prematurely confirmed Ubisoft+’s imminent launch. The service is already available on PC and was previously offered to PlayStation subscribers last year. Rumours had initially stated that Xbox would receive the service in April; this appears to be accurate based on a Ubisoft+ punch card recently featured on the Xbox rewards app which read: “Get unlimited access to fan-favourite franchises and more!”

It is believed that Ubisoft+ will not be included in any of the Xbox Game Pass tiers and may require an extra fee; however, exact pricing has yet to be confirmed. Either way, for Ubisoft fans, this is an excellent opportunity to get access to all their titles conveniently located.

Ubisoft could certainly use a boost of morale. Reports indicate the company cancelled three unannounced games due to an unsuccessful financial year. Moving forward, Ubisoft plans on sticking with familiar waters by releasing numerous Assassin’s Creed titles.
