An update to the frequently asked questions about Hogwarts Heritage confirms that Quidditch, a fan-favorite feature, is not possible in the game despite promotional material suggesting otherwise.
We’ve seen students riding a broom dressed in appropriate costumes, but Quidditch was not present. This was odd, considering how crucial it is to Harry Potter and Hogwarts. Although Avalanche Studios confirmed that there would be flying classes and broomstick races, people were optimistic about the inclusion of the iconic pitch.

This is not a dealbreaker, honestly. Flight is still possible in some form, and the grounds offer an incredible level of detail that can be explored on foot or by broom.
